A documentary on the life and work of sculptor Antônio Francisco Lisboa. From the prophets in Congonhas do Campo, to the embellishments of the Ouro Preto churches, passion and martyrdom experienced by Aleijadinho are evoked as a tribute to the great creator. The script, narrated by author Ferreira Gullar, is by architect and city planner Lúcio Costa (1902-1998).
